I am the Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for Assessment and Tracking, overseeing the development and implementation of robust assessment systems that support high-quality teaching and learning.

I work closely with staff to ensure assessment is meaningful, consistent, and used effectively to inform planning, intervention, and curriculum development.

A key focus of my role is using data intelligently to track student progress, identify strengths and gaps, and ensure all students are supported to achieve their full potential.
