I am the Assistant Headteacher responsible for Personal Development, with a strong focus on supporting students’ wider growth beyond the classroom.

I also lead on Careers and Mental Health across the school, ensuring students are well-prepared for future pathways and have access to the support they need to thrive.

As part of my role, I oversee PSHCE, facilitate rewards, enrichment opportunities and trips, and work closely with staff to create meaningful experiences that build confidence, resilience and aspiration.

I am passionate about helping every student develop the skills, attitudes and wellbeing needed to succeed in school and in life.
