I am an Assistant Headteacher and Geography teacher who is responsible for leading teaching and learning through evidence-informed practice, instructional coaching and professional development.

I lead on Pupil Premium strategy, with a focus on inclusion, removing barriers to learning and improving outcomes.

Outside of school, I enjoy running and spending time outdoors with my family.
