As Assistant Headteacher and the school’s Special Educational Needs & Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo), I lead on SEND provision across the school, including our resourced provision for Communication & Interaction, adaptive teaching and inclusive practice.

Before joining Grange in January 2025, I worked across a number of schools within a large Trust, developing and strengthening SEN best practice. I also have experience in leading EAL, reading and literacy in a number of large settings, which has deepened my passion for ensuring every young person can access learning and the curriculum.

I am delighted and proud to be part of the mission to make ‘Grange Great’, ensuring all students we serve are given equitable life chances and are supported to reach their potential.
